Jacqui Jenkins

Chief Fiduciary Officer

Jacqui Jenkins is the Chief Fiduciary Officer for FSTC. Jacqui manages the entire FSTC Personal Trust Administration team, assists with the vetting of the personal trust business, takes an active role in determining internal processes and procedures, and focuses on external partner relationships.

Jacqui also plays an active advisory role at FSTC, working with trust beneficiaries, their attorneys and other professional advisors to provide guidance and counsel regarding beneficiary engagement; income and discretionary distribution issues; family wealth education; and trust structure and operation. Many trust beneficiaries have questions or concerns about how their trusts work, how they contribute to the quality of their or their descendant’s lives and how they can play a role in helping to shape a happy and healthy family dynamic. Jacqui helps clients address these questions, making it more likely that family trusts will be a source of fulfillment and richness, rather than unhappiness, disengagement or discord.

Jacqui has over 25 years of experience in trust, estate and guardianship matters. Prior to joining FSTC, Jacqui was a Vice President and Senior Trust Officer with Morgan Stanley. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Jacqui served in various capacities with Citigroup including President of Citicorp Trust Florida. Jacqui began her career in the world of trusts as a Certified Legal Assistant with a specialty in Wills, Trusts and Estates for a large Palm Beach law firm, where she managed all trust, estate and guardianship administration.

Jacqui received her Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a Concentration in Social and Behavioral Sciences at Freed-Hardeman University. Jacqui is currently active in the Freed-Hardeman University Estate Planning Council and Freed-Hardeman University Advisory Board.
